Swordfish with Salsa

What you need:

Makes 4 servings

Salsa Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1 small (½ cup) zucchini, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Serrano pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Swordfish Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 pound swordfish steaks

How you do it:

  1. In medium bowl, stir all salsa ingredients. Cover. Let stand 1 hour for flavors to blend.
  2. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  3. In small bowl, stir all swordfish ingredients except swordfish steaks.
  4. Brush fish with butter mixture.
  5. Place fish on grill.
  6. Cover, turning once. Cook until fish flakes with fork (8 to 10 minutes).

Serve with Salsa.
