What you need:
Makes 4 servings
Salsa Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1 small (½ cup) zucchini, coarsely chopped
- 1 Serrano pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Swordfish Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 pound swordfish steaks
How you do it:
- In medium bowl, stir all salsa ingredients. Cover. Let stand 1 hour for flavors to blend.
- Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- In small bowl, stir all swordfish ingredients except swordfish steaks.
- Brush fish with butter mixture.
- Place fish on grill.
- Cover, turning once. Cook until fish flakes with fork (8 to 10 minutes).
Serve with Salsa.
